Timber Wolf

Treasurer
My interest in wolves began when I was a senior in high school and had the opportunity to participate in a high school independent study at Sandhill Wildlife Area tracking a lone wolf within the wildlife area. After I completed the independent study, I started volunteering and assisted with research studies using radio telemetry to locate collared porcupines and turtles.
During my time volunteering at Sandhill Wildlife Area I learned about Timberwolf Information Network (TWIN) and attended one of their winter wolf ecology workshops, which led me to join TWIN. I’m currently Treasurer and TWIN tracker for our wolf ecology workshops.
My experiences volunteering at Sandhill Wildlife Area and participating in TWIN has given me an appreciation and love of nature, wildlife and the outdoors. That love has turned into a hobby of nature and wildlife photography.
